These gate drivers can adapt to most of the popular power modules, including EconoDual, PrimePack, 62mm, IHM, and press-pack, providing power device desaturation detection and protection, active clamping protection, Miller clamping protection, interlocks, UVLO, gate short-circuit protection, and other protection functions to ensure stable and a reliable operation of your system.
